Your home, handled. Our crew shows up on a schedule, takes care of the seasonal work most homes never get, knocks out your honey-do list, and catches small problems before they turn into expensive ones. Pay monthly, or pay annually and save over 10%.

 

ESSENTIAL — $47/month or $500/year (save $64)

Spring and fall care for the basics.

  • 2 seasonal visits (spring and fall), up to 3 hours each

  • Spring: turn on and test outdoor faucets, change HVAC filter, switch ceiling fans to summer, test smoke and CO detectors, test GFCI outlets

  • Fall: winterize and cover outdoor faucets, change furnace filter, switch fans to winter, weatherstrip doors, clear downspouts

  • Leftover time goes to your honey-do list (pictures, shelves, squeaky doors)

  • 1 free service call per year (we waive our $150 trip charge for an extra visit when something comes up)

  • 5% off any additional work

About $600 in value at our regular rates.

PREFERRED — $56/month or $600/year (save $72)

Our most popular plan: three seasons of care plus priority service.

  • 3 visits (spring, fall, and winter), up to 2 hours each

  • Everything in Essential's spring and fall visits

  • Winter freeze-proofing: water heater flush, exposed pipe check, toilet flapper and fill valve tune-up, garbage disposal refresh, tighten loose railings and handles

  • Kitchen and bath countertop and backsplash re-caulking to prevent water damage

  • Priority scheduling: service calls within 48 hours

  • 2 free service calls per year (we waive our $150 trip charge for an extra visit when something comes up)

  • 10% off any additional work

About $750 in value at our regular rates.

COMPLETE — $65/month or $700/year (save $80)

Year-round, hands-off home care.

  • 4 quarterly visits, up to 2 hours each

  • Full home inspection on your first visit: a written list of everything that needs attention, with photos and details on what should be fixed and why

  • Everything in Preferred

  • Summer: tighten deck screws and loose boards, lubricate and adjust garage door, patch screens, small paint touch-ups

  • Annual gutter clean-out (single-story homes)

  • First-call, same-week scheduling

  • 3 free service calls per year (we waive our $150 trip charge for an extra visit when something comes up)

  • 15% off any project we quote

About $1,050 in value at our regular rates.

ADD-ON SERVICES (any plan)

  • Door weatherstripping replacement (up to 2 doors): $80

  • Lock lubrication and graphite treatment: $5 per lock

  • Faucet aerator cleaning: $10 each

 

All visits are performed by one technician. Our regular rates are a $150 minimum trip charge and $75 per hour per tech.
